Logging In

  1. Log in to the portal by Logging in to Aeries (https://aeries.lvusd.org/)

  2. In the Left Menu bar, click on Communications

  3. ParentSquare will now open in a new window. If your computer is set to block pop-ups, you may need to allow the pop-up.

  4. If you see another school in the upper left corner, click on “Las Virgenes Unified School District” to access the District Portal

Sending Out a Post

  1. Once you are logged in to the “Las Virgenes Unified School District” ParentSquare Portal you can send out a post.

  2. Click on Post in the left menu bar

  3. Click on New Post

  4. Start typing: “Bus” and you will see all available Bus Groups to select from (All automatic built lists are updated nightly and begin with a period)

  5. Click on Staff and Parents, to update who you would like to receive the notification

  6. Select your notification options. We recommend using the top option UNLESS there is an emergency. where you would select “Send Instantly”

  7. Choose either Post Now OR select Preview, where you can send yourself a copy of the message before sending. If you choose the down-arrow, next to Post Now, you can schedule the message for sending later
