Cursor disappears when opening CAASPP Testing Browser
Solution: Before opening CAASPP, double-click on the “Disable Touchscreen” shortcut on the Desktop; Restart after testing to re-enable the touchscreen
Grub Rescue error after Auto-Upgrade - OR - No Bootable Device after Ubermix Install
Solution: Reinstall Ubermix with Partition Reset (Perform the optional Reset Disk Partition step)
Time Out of Sync
Solution: Re-set the clock
Numbers Instead of Letters
Solution: Press the Fn + NumLk (usually F11) keys to disable Numlock

B118 Issues
Some Keys Don’t Work
Solution: Check and reseat keyboard ribbon cable connection to mainboard
Headphones Not Working
Solution: Restart or perform a Factory Reset
Secure Boot Enabled
Solution: Disable Secure Boot in BIOS settings and/or Reset BIOS password
Broken Battery Posts
Solution: Remove broken metal pieces and tape the battery in place using two-sided tape (NOTE: Do not cover the drainage holes to the sides of the battery!)
Speaker Malfunction (2018 B118-RN)
Solution: Install 1.07AD BIOS and replace speakers
Repeated Secure Boot Fail (2019 B118-G2)
Solution: Install 1.15LD BIOS
