Transferring Calls

Blind Transfer

1. Press the physical transfer button next to your phone’s keypad
2. Enter the extension of the user you want to transfer to
3. Press the transfer button again (either the physical button or the green button on the phone’s screen) to initiate the transfer
4. Hang up immediately to complete the transfer

Attended Transfer

1. Press the physical transfer button next to your phone’s keypad
2. Enter the extension of the user you want to transfer to
3. Press the transfer button again (either the physical button or the green button on the phone’s screen) to initiate the transfer
4. Wait for the other user to pick up
   1. This allows you to discuss the transfer / caller prior to connecting them
5. Press the transfer button on the phone’s screen (not the physical button) to complete the transfer
